Are you the cheapest?
- We do our best to bring you the very best deals around. If you find a better price with somebody else, we’ll try to match it. It’s important to remember that not all prices are what they say.

Do I have to make a long-term commitment with you?
- No, you don’t. We hope you have a long and successful driving career, but we also understand that circumstances can change.
For this reason, our drivers are never required to make a long-term commitment.

How quickly can I get started?
- If all your papers are in order, we could get you in your car and on the road in 24 hours.

I’m not sure that I have a high credit rating, is this going to be a problem?
- No, in most cases, this won’t be a problem. Give us a call, and we’ll do our best to work out a solution that will get you on the road.

- No, we provide all of our drivers with comprehensive insurance. Our excellent relationship with insurers means that you can save

Will I have to pay anything if I have an accident?
- No, if it’s not your fault, the other person’s insurance will cover all costs. If the accident is your fault, you will have to pay the excess like on all insurance policies.

Can I start Uber driving in my car straight away?
- Yes, all of our vehicles are fully PCO licensed and ready to go with Uber.

How can I pay?
- We accept all debit cards and credit cards.

Are there any extra charges that I need to be worried about?
- No, your weekly payment covers all of your costs, including servicing and maintenance. We even make sure that you have breakdown cover.

I’m located outside of London. Does that affect my eligibility to rent a vehicle from your company?
- Currently, our services are tailored exclusively for PCO drivers based in London.

Is it possible for me to register in person and bring along my documents?
- Following the onset of Covid, we recommend that our new clients complete the application form online. Our form enables them to upload their documents, resulting in a faster and more convenient process with fewer complications.

Am I permitted to utilize my personal insurance?
- Certainly. You have the option to rent a vehicle from us without insurance. However, you must furnish us with a copy of your fully comprehensive personal insurance in order to collect a vehicle from us.

What are your mileage limitations, and what are the consequences if I exceed them?
- The mileage allowance is 4,000 miles per month. Exceeding this limit will incur a charge of £0.15 per mile.

Are two drivers permitted to operate your vehicle?
- Under our current fleet policy, only one driver is permitted per vehicle.
